What ….. makes you smile?

One of the best things you can do in life is smile. Like eating your favorite dessert – instantly brings you happiness! In recent times, it is safe to say a lot of people are stressed. Not only does it not feel good, but it also isn’t good for us. People these days are so busy in the race to succeed that they are caged to happiness and have forgotten the meaning of a smile.

May i dare to ask you something ? Describe your life in five words . Think. Now are you contented with your choices you just made? Predominantly most people aren’t . Even I’m not, lol.

Seriously its necessary to overcome your thoughts, we know how much is expected from us and it’s rightful to accept that it can be hard to come up to every single thing. We are living our very own lives and not those of others so it’s pointless to jostle around for the sake of what others want you to do or be, you have the right to dream and have your interests.

The mind is like a garden , either you see the depth of dirt , soil and the decaying or you find the little sapplings which just started their journey, blooming flowers and hefty trees that stand tall in the burning sun and the numbing snow without making any excuses.

Before you want to make the world a better and happier place try to make yourself the same.People come and go ,everyone is busy in making their own stories beautiful but someone who’ll always accompany you is you yourself.

Love yourself … believe me you are important and so are your ideas and interests. Don’t go bonkers about the past , it’s gone. Don’t worry about the future, it hasn’t arrived (and it’s not like worrying solves your problems) Live in the present and make it perfect ✨✨….

Find a reason to smile because it’s such a selfless thing. One smile that you give to another person can make their day. Sometimes the largest and costliest of things don’t matter but that good morning hug from a loved one who remembers its your day 🎂 is all you needed to make you smile. Small things matter. Remind yourself everyday what you’re grateful for coz what’s a normal lifestyle to you might be someone else’s dream. Ok so let me start this chain today by telling you that I’m grateful for my family and friends, a roof above my head and food to eat….
