You are the best , just wanted to say THANK YOU …

What are you grateful for ?

Happiness can not be travelled to ,owned ,earned ,worn or be consumed . Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every moment in love grace and gratitude .

Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. It means learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and being aware on a continuous basis of how much you’ve been given. Gratitude shifts your focus from what your life lacks to the abundance that is already present.

There is something serene in everything but the eye to catch that fortuity is possessed by dainty. Sometimes life is not easy to persuade ,while the population is adamant on being successful they have strayed the simplicity and tranquility life offers. You’re not always in a stark and bereft dessert ,there are Oasis but assumed to be mirages .

Sometimes it feels nice to sit , relax , breathe and look back at what you’ve been through and be grateful for it because that is what has shaped you . You were a different person yesterday , acceptance is a major hoax that people refuse .

It’s true that gratitude, whether we experience it ourselves or receive it from other people, can be of great benefit to us. Studies have shown that perceiving gratitude has robust influence upon our mental health, remind yourself everyday what you are thankful for and then observe life bloom .

Gratitude is the inward feeling of kindness and we should always oblige for what we have because what is a normal life for us might be another person’s dream. So I’d like to say that some things i am grateful towards are food to eat ,a roof above my head , a family , my dog , my friends , health , music , books. Share kindness with others ,it is the best way to multiply your own happiness . The little things ,the little moments are not really little ………

THANK YOU for giving your precious time .

If the only prayer you can say in your life is Thank You , that would suffice
